摘 要:建立了修光刃刀片进行车削加工的表面粗糙度通用计算模型,并通过实验研究手段,对比了不同结构的修光刃形刀片车削加工45钢的表面粗糙度、切削力和刀片寿命,揭示了修光刃形的差异对刀片车削45钢性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:加工参数f_n及修光刃副偏角κ'_r对表面粗糙度的影响基本呈线性变化规律;修光刃刀片有一定的适用范围,当进给量f_n>8R_sκ'_r时修光刃刀片可以获得较普通车削刀片更小的粗糙度值;修光刃形对刀片寿命和切削力影响不显著,其偏差范围在10%以内。The research object is turning 45 steel of wiper insert in this article. It analyzes the effects of cutting parameters on the repair effect of wiper insert and the Application range of wiper insert, and reveal the influence of different cutting edge shape onworkpiece surface roughness, insert life and the cutting force. These results are drawn throughtheory analysis, mathematical model and experimental verification. The results show:the machining parameters of Fn and wiper edge angle K'r significantly affecting surface roughness, the results show that it is a linear variation; the application scope of wiper insert is fn 〉 8RsK'r, the roughness of insert wiper is smaller than the ordinary turning insert ; theeffect of wiper shape on the insert life and cutting force is not significant,the deviation is in the range of 10%.
