摘 要:采用C8 0高强混凝土和低松弛 2 70级高强钢绞线 ,经优化选取了跨度 16m~ 3 0m、宽度 1 2m、截面混凝土空心率 5 3 5 %的预应力混凝土空心板 ,进行了跨度为 15 5m的原型预应力混凝土空心板从预应力钢绞线张拉到承载极限破坏的受力全过程试验 ,研究了其正截面和斜截面在正常使用状态下抗裂度、裂缝宽度和跨中挠度、极限承载能力以及延性等受力性能 ,为在公路桥梁结构中经济可靠的利用高效预应力高强混凝土空心板提供科研依据。研究成果应用于河南省重点工程———焦作至巩义黄河公路大桥及其连接线工程中的两座立交桥建设 ,取得了较好的经济效益。A test on high?performance prestressed concrete hollow slab is performed based on the optimum design. It is made of C80 concrete and high?strength Grade 270 strand. That is fabricated in a new type of section and reinforcement with hollow ratio of 53 5%.The width of the hollow slab is of 1 2m and with the span from 16m to 30m.A whole test process of the hollow slab with computing span of 15 5m is carried out. The properties of a hollow slab about the cracking strength, crack width, deflection, and ultimate bearing capacity are studied. Based on this study, 45 pieces of slab with length of 16m and 60 pieces of 20m are adopted in two practical bridge sites in Henan Province. It is got better economic benefits compared with that of other schemes.
