摘  要:用二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺(BDM)与二氨基二苯甲烷(DDM)为原料经迈克尔加成反应制备了固化剂(BDM-DDM),采用红外光谱(FTIR)验证了分子结构。通过动态差示扫描量热法(DSC)确定了该固化剂固化环氧树脂E-44的固化工艺并对其固化动力学进行了研究。由Kissinger方程、FWO方程计算出固化反应活化能分别为37.3 k J/mol、49.9 k J/mol,并结合Crane方程计算出反应级数为0.98。用BDM-DDM固化的环氧树脂热失重(TGA)初始分解温度达到了356℃,有良好的热稳定性。A new curing agent(BDM-DDM) for epoxy resin was synthesized by using the Michael addition reaction between diphenylmethylene-bismaleimide(BDM) and diaminodiphenylmethane(DDM).The chemical structure of BDMDDM was characterized by FTIR.The curing performance and kinetics of E-44/BDM-DDM were studied by DSC.The Ea values evaluated according to Kissinger model and FWO model are 37.3 and 49.9 k J/mol,respectively,and the calculated reaction order is 0.98 based on Crane method.The TG result shows that the cured resin possesses preferable thermostability.
