针刺然谷穴对健康青年大脑后动脉血流动力学影响的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究不同时间点针刺健康青年左侧然谷穴对大脑后动脉(PCA)血流动力学各参数的影响,为临床运用提供依据。方法:随机选取健康青年60例,其中男、女各30例,针刺其左侧然谷穴,使用经颅多普勒超声仪,于针刺前5 min、进针时、行针1时、行针2时、出针时、出针后5 min,分别记录双侧PCA的Vs、Vd、Vm、RI及PI。结果:针刺左然谷穴,与针刺前5 min比较,左侧PCA的Vs在行针2时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);右侧PCA的Vs在行针1时、行针2时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺左然谷穴可降低双侧PCA的收缩期最大血流速度,提示针刺该穴对双侧大脑后动脉血流动力学具有负性调整作用。Objective：To investigate the influence on posterior cerebral artery（PCA） blood velocity in healthy young people during needling left KI 2. Method：Randomly 60 healthy young volunteers,30 men and 30 women,were selected. KI 2 on the left was needled,and the Vs,Vd,Vm,PI,RI of the bilateral PCA were recorded with transcranial Doppler（TCD） at the point of 5 minutes before acupuncturing,during inserting the needle,needle retention for 1 hr and 2 hr,during lifting the needle,and 5 minutes after lifting the needle.Result：In the needling the left KI 2,compared with 5 minutes before needling,the Vs of the left side of the PCA at the needle retention of 30 minutes was statistically different（P0.05）;the Vs of the right side of the PCA at the needle retention 1 hr and 2 hr were also statistically different（P 0. 05）. Conclusion ：Needling left KI 2 could reduce the systolic maximum blood flow velocity of PCA,with negative adjustment function.
