摘 要:由于戈兰滩水电站地质条件复杂,施工期建材供应紧缺,采用当地高炉矿渣和石灰石粉按一定比例混合作为新型掺合料,用新型双掺料代替粉煤灰进行了深入的试验研究。最终,选定新型双掺料中高炉矿渣和石粉比例为50∶50作为碾压混凝土掺合料,解决了粉煤灰短缺问题。针对"表孔宽尾墩—消力池—底孔跌流"联合消能、消力池抗浮稳定问题,结合本工程洪水特性和地质条件,提出"消力池湿廊道"技术,降低了工程造价和运行成本。针对基础灌浆影响碾压混凝土快速施工,采取先无盖重灌浆,再"二次灌浆"解决了施工干扰问题。通过技术创新和应用,保障了戈兰滩水电站工程建设顺利开展。Due to the complicated geological condition of Gelantan Hydropower Station, the construction material supply is short during its construction period, thus the mixture of the local blast-furnace slag with lime stone powder in a certain proportion is taken as a new type of mixture, and then a deep experimental study is made on replacing the new double-mixture with flyash. Fi- nally, the mixing proportion of 50 : 50 for both blast-furnace slag and lime stone powder in the new type of mixture is selected and then the problem of the shortage of flyash is solved. Furthermore, for the problems of the joint energy dissipation of flaring gate pier-stilling pool-bottom outlet overfall and the anti-uplift stability of stilling pool, the technology of wet gallery for stilling pool is put forward in combination with both the flood characteristics and the geological condition of this project, thus the costs of con- struction and operation for the project are lowered. Moreover, aiming at that the foundation grouting impacts the rapid construc- tion of roller compacted concrete, the method of the grouting without cover at first and then the secondary grouting is adopted and then the problem of construction interference is solved at lasL Through the relevant technical innovations and applications, the construction of Gelantan Hydropower Station Project is smoothly carried out.
