摘 要:数字激光全息技术已成功应用于多个领域,但其在发动机喷雾领域的相关研究还未见报道。针对这一问题,采用阴影法和数字激光全息技术对发动机喷雾场形态变化过程进行了研究。结果表明,数字激光全息技术在发动机喷雾场上的应用是可行的。将2种试验结果进行比对可以看出,采用数字激光全息技术能够得到更为细致、清楚的图像。使用数字算法可以实现全息图的重建,对全息图的分析、研究也很容易实现。使用数字处理技术可以提高重建图像的质量,最为重要的是,采用数字激光全息技术可以得到能反映出喷雾体边缘部位雾化情况的喷雾空间发展过程图片。这表明,数字激光全息技术在发动机喷雾场形态测量方面的应用不仅是可行的,而且比阴影法得到的图像效果更佳。Digital laser holographic technology has been successfully used in many fields, but related research in internal combustion engine spray measure has not yet been reported. This article studies engine spray configuration change process using shadow method and digital laser holographic technology. Two results coincide. From the experiment results, it can be seen that the digital holographic technology apply-ing in the field of spraying of the internal combustion engine is feasibility. Compared with the result of two methods, the method of digital laser holographic technology can get more detailed and clear images. Hologram reconstruction is realized by using numerical algorithm. Analysis and research are easy to achieve and reconstruction image quality can be im-proved based on digital processing technology. The most important of all is taking the technology can get spray spatial developing process photograph that can reflect spray border atomization processes. This shows that digi-tal laser holographic technology applying in engine spray configuration measurement is not only feasible but also much better than shadow method in graphic effects.
