摘　　要：对第18号全球技术法规(GTR18)的内容进行了详细研究,总结出法规中OBD第Ⅰ阶段的OBD系统功能要求和OBD的环保试验(Ⅷ型试验)的具体要求。OBD系统功能要求主要是对系统内各传感器和执行器的短路、断路进行诊断。OBD的环保试验(Ⅷ型试验)可以由缔约方选择执行,并制定相应的阈值。模拟故障总数不超过4个,在非进行阈值试验的情况下,主要是对系统中电路连续性和合理性的短路、断路进行诊断。在2种试验中,故障指示灯MI需按要求点亮和熄灭,故障代码和冻结帧等数据按要求储存和清除,并能被通用诊断仪读取。This paper gives specific requirements of OBD system function in the first stage of OBD and OBD environmental protection performance in the regulations（type VIII test）, through studying of Global technical regulation No. 18. The function requirements of the OBD system are mainly the diagnosis of short circuit and open circuit for each sensor and actuator in the system. The parties can choose whether to do the environmental test of OBD（type VIII test）, and formulate the corresponding threshold. The total number of analog faults is not more than 4. In the case of other test, the diagnosis of short circuit and open circuit is mainly involved in the continuity and rationality of the circuit in the system. In the two tests, the fault indicator MI needs to be lit and extinguished as required, and data such as fault codes and freeze frames are stored and cleared as required and can be read by a general purpose diagnostic device.
