摘　　要：中州铝业科技人员将多余的石灰炉尾气通入化学品氧化铝生产过程中的碳分母液中,通过彻底的碳酸化分解处理、沉降过滤,将滤饼返回到化学品生产系统实现再利用,过滤后的滤液经简单调整p H值后取代固体碳酸钠用于铝土矿浮选生产,此种尝试达到了降低生产成本的目的。The scientific and technical personnel of Zhongzhou Aluminum will send the exhaust gas of lime furnace into the carbonated spent liquor in the process of chemical production, through a thorough carbonation decomposition and settling filtration, the filter cake will be sent hack to the chemical production system for re - use, and the filtered filtrate is to replace solid sodium carbonate in the bauxite flotation after simply adjusting the pH value. This attempt has been achieved to reduce the cost of production.
