摘 要:采用反相微乳液法,制备出用于调剖堵水的交联SiO_2/(PAM-PAA)核壳微球。对改性二氧化硅、核壳微球的化学结构及微球与孔隙的匹配关系做了研究。结果表明,二氧化硅成功被改性,二氧化硅的接枝率为1.1%;当核孔膜孔径大小为12μm及填砂管渗透率为0.92 D时,微球具有最佳的深部调剖效果。Cross-linked silica/poly( acrylamide-co-acrylic acid) core-shell microspheres with core-shell structure are synthesized by inverse microemulsion polymerization for the application of water shut-off. The modified silica,the chemistry structure of microspheres and the relation between microspheres and nuclear-pore film were studied. The result showed that silica was modified successfully and percent grafting of silica is 1. 1%. Meanwhile,deep profile control performed best when diameter of nuclear-pore film was 12 μm and permeability of sand packed tube was 0. 92 D.
