摘 要:对苏里格气田区块废弃钻井液进行微生物-固化处理,以浸出液重金属离子含量、COD_(Cr)和无侧限抗压强度为考察指标,通过固化剂正交实验配方优选、微生物菌种筛选,对苏里格区块的废弃钻井液微生物-固化复合处理技术进行优选。结果表明,固化剂的最佳配方为:每100 mL废弃泥浆添加8 g LQ固化支撑剂+2 g SH-1综合调节剂+2.4 g MJ-1促凝剂+5 g水泥。以SL-1型细菌为微生物处理剂,加入量为6 mL。微生物-固化处理后的废弃泥浆钻井液7 d无侧限抗压强度高达3.41 MPa,含水率为36.9%~40.7%,浸出液的pH为6.9~8.7,重金属离子含量、COD_(Cr)、石油类和色度均符合GB 8978—2002污水综合排放I级标准,可直接覆土掩埋,达到无害化处理的结果。The waste drilling fluid from Sulige Gas Field was microbial-solidified. The heavy metal content of the leaching solution and the chemical oxygen demand( COD_(Cr)) value and unconfined compressive strength were viewed as assessment indicators. By optimizing the compound of solidification agents and microbial strains,waste drilling mud was disposed of using the technology of microbial-solidification treatment.The results showed that 8 g LQ curing proppant,2 g SH-1 integrated regulator,2. 4 g MJ-1 accelerator,5 g cement,and 6 mL SL-1 bacteria. After 7 d,the compressive strength of the cured product of seven days up3. 41 MPa,the moisture content of the drilling fluid was between 36. 9% and 40. 7%,the pH value was within the scope of 6. 9 ~ 8. 7. According to GB 8978—2002,the heavy metal content of the leaching solution,the chemical oxygen demand( COD_(Cr)),petroleum and chromaticity all could reach the first grade discharge standard. And the results show that solidification product meets the criteria of harmless treatment.
