“互联网+智慧燃气”助力上海燃气行业改革创新的思考

摘　　要：天然气作为重要的清洁能源,未来将逐步成为中国的主力能源。推进"互联网+智慧燃气"既是燃气行业自身专业化能级提升的需要,也是外部环境倒逼燃气行业改革创新的要求。笔者基于"互联网+智慧能源"研究与相关国家示范项目的推进实践,梳理研判国内外燃气行业发展趋势。结合未来用户市场和行业价值创造的需求,研究分析"互联网+智慧燃气"的内涵、上海燃气行业的基础条件和机遇挑战,并重点从提升服务体验、降低交易成本、提高本质安全三方面分析发展路径,为"互联网+智慧燃气"助力上海燃气行业围绕国际一流目标改革创新发展提出建议。Natural gas is an important clean energy, which becomes main energy source for China. Promoting ‘Internet ＋ Intelligent Gas’ is not only needs for gas industry own professional self-updating, but also requirements for outside conditions pushing gas industry renovation. The author is based on ‘ Internet ＋ Intelligent Gas’ research and promotion practices of relative national demonstration projects, domestic and overseas gas industry development trend has been analyzed. Combined with future customers market and needs for industry creating value, the author carries out study on connotation of ＇Internet ＋ Intelligent Gas＂, basic conditions and opportunities and challenges of Shanghai gas industry. Focusing on analyzing promoting service experiences, reducing trade cost, enhancing intrinsic safety as three main developing roadmap, the author puts forward renovate suggestions on ‘Internet ＋ Intelligent Gas＂ helping Shanghai gas industry strive for world first-class goal.
