摘 要:公共建筑节能改造项目的节能效果除与节能措施相关外,与室外天气、建筑使用频率和运行管理等主要影响因素密切相关,通过调研及分析,提出适宜上海市改造项目的节能效果核定方法。采用本核定方法,选取2个不同建筑类型节能改造项目的节能效果进行了实例分析。结果表明,对节能改造项目进行节能效果核定时,主要影响因素对能耗的影响有着举足轻重的影响。尤其对于有财政补贴的节能改造项目,必须充分全面地考虑这些关键因素的影响。Energy saving effect of public architecture energy conservation renovation has connection with outdoor weather conditions and architecture using frequency and operation management as main impact factors, besides energy saving measures. The author analyzes and puts forward suitable verification methods on energy saving effect of Shanghai architecture renovation projects through surveys. Applying such verification methods and choosing two energy conservation renovation projects of different architecture types to compare energy saving effect with case analysis. The results show that main impact factors have tremendous influence on energy consumption when using verification methods on energy saving effect of eneryg conservation renovation projects, especially for those energy conservation renovation projects with financial subsidies, the author suggests that these factors be put into consideration fully and comprehensively.
