摘  要:车轮轮辐是汽车的重要组成部件,其质量和使用寿命不仅直接关系到车辆和驾驶员的行驶安全,而且还对汽车实现轻量化和节能减排具有重要意义。高强钢由于其高性能、低成本等优势而被广泛应用于轮辐生产制造行业。B550CL作为一种新开发的材料,用于车轮轮辐制造时的成形规律尚不明确。为此,本文采用有限元数值模拟与试验相结合的方法研究了高强钢用于车轮轮辐成形时的变形规律及工艺参数对其成形规律的影响。Wheel spoke is an important part of the automobile and its quality and service life not only relates to the safety of the vehicle and driver,but also exhibits a great significance on weight,emission reduction and energy conservation. Due to its high-performance and low-cost,high-strength steel has been widely used in spokes manufacturing industry. However,the B550 CL steel,as a newly developed material,has many unclear issues about its forming rules in manufacturing spoke. Therefore,in this paper,the forming rules of B550 CL and its effects of parameters on forming quality are studied by using finite element and stamping experiments test.
