摘　　要：高层住宅人员密度大、消防设施相对薄弱、火灾隐患较多,对高层住宅建筑进行火灾危险性评价,对于了解建筑的危险状态、提高建筑的消防安全水平具有重要意义。提出了高层住宅建筑火灾危险评价指标体系,并针对高层住宅建筑的特点确定了各指标权重值,采用模糊综合评价的方法对某高层住宅楼的火灾风险进行了分析,研究结果可为高层住宅建筑防火监督审核提供参考。The occupant density of high-rise residential buildings is usually high,but there are less fire control facilities and more fire hazards than ordinary constructions. It is of great significance to evaluate the fire risks of residential buildings so as to understand the fire safety condition and improve the safety level of the building. In this paper,the fire risk of a residential building is assessed by comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed in order to provide some reference in fire prevention supervision and management for the fire department.
