摘 要:林南仓矿在不同时期均发现CO气体浓度超标,严重妨碍了矿井正常的安全生产。为了确定合理的自然发火预测预报指标,选取林南仓矿煤样,在实验室人工模拟煤的自然发火;通过绝氧条件下的程序升温实验,探究林南仓矿氧化过程之中各类气体含量的变化和产生的规律;分析煤初期自然发火的特征,对预测煤层自燃的指标气体进行优选,建立含CO煤自然发火预测预报的指标体系,为预测模型的建立奠定了基础。In different periods,the concentration of CO gas was found to be over-standard at the Linnancang Coal Mine,which seriously influences the normal safety production of mine.In order to determine reasonable gas prediction indexes of coal spontaneous combustion,selecting the Linnancang Coal Mine as sample,manually imitated coal spontaneous combustion in the laboratory.The temperature programming experiment at normal oxygen concentration was carried out.By the study of content variation and analysis of production regularity of all kinds of gas that produce at oxidation process at Linnancang Coal Mine and the characteristics of early spontaneous combustion of coal spontaneous combination,and index optimization was conducted for gas prediction index of coal spontaneous combustion at LinnancangCoal Mine and the index system of gas prediction system about coal containing CO spontaneous combustion was built.It is significant to the establishment of prediction model.
