怀槐种质资源异地保存技术初步研究

摘　　要：以野生怀槐优树种质为材料,对其异地保存技术进行初步研究,结果表明:利用优势木对比法选择优树33株,平均年龄为58 a,平均胸径为20.8 cm,平均树高为15.9 m,平均形率为0.56。利用劈接法培育嫁接苗繁殖优树种质,嫁接成活率为80.7%,当年接穗平均苗高生长量为15.4 cm。2009年建设异地保存林面积2.12 hm2,2017年秋季调查,接株平均胸径为1.6 cm,平均树高为2.2 m,保存率为86%。The ex situ conservation technology preliminary research was carried by taking the wild Maackia amurensis selected trees germ plasm as material. The result showed that the average age,DBH,height and form quotient of 33 selected trees was 58 a,20. 8 cm,15. 9 m and 0. 56 by using selected tree correlation method. The selected trees germ plasm grafting rate of survival was 80. 7 % by using cleft graft method. The average height of seedling increment of scion that very year was 15. 4 cm. The ex situ conservation forest area was 2. 12 hm2 in 2009. The average DBH,height and preserving rate of grafting plant was 1. 6 cm,2. 2 m and 86 % of the investigation in autumn in 2017.
