摘  要:真丝织物拔染印花在其印花中占有重要地位,但操作工艺复杂。文章以真丝双绉为印花对象,选择了合适的主还原拔白剂二氧化硫脲、辅助还原剂亚硫酸钠、保湿剂及其他添加试剂,以墨水的黏度、表面张力、电导率等物理化学性能来表征墨水的性能指标,对墨水基本理化指标进行了探索,确定了较佳的拔白墨水配方。由此,可将拔白印花工艺与喷墨印花相结合以简化工艺流程。用配制的拔白墨水对活性黄和活性红墨水喷墨印花为底色的丝织物进行喷墨拔白印花,并测试了拔白后丝织物的性能,针对所用两只活性染料墨水,其拔白效果良好且拔白后织物强力损失较小。Discharge printing of silk fabrics occupies an important position in printing, but its operation is complicated. In this paper,silk double crepe was used as the object of printing,and appropriate main reducing white discharging agent-thiourea dioxide,assistant reducing agent-sodium sulfite,humectant and other added reagents were chosen. The viscosity of ink,surface tension,conductivity and other physical and chemical properties were used to characterize performance indexes of ink. Besides,basic physical and chemical indexes of ink were explored to confirm the optimal formulation of white discharge ink. Thus,the white discharge printing process and ink-jet printing can be combined to simplify the process. The self-made white discharge ink was applied for silk fabric ink-jet printing with red and yellow reactive dye ink as the bottom color,and the properties of printed silk fabric were tested. In view of the two reactive dye inks,the effect of white discharge printing was good and the fabric strength loss was little.
