杭州蚕桑文化旅游发展的SWOT分析

摘　　要：杭州蚕桑历史悠久,文化底蕴深厚,作为优势特色产业,近几年受经济形势影响,桑蚕产业下滑严重。为促进蚕桑产业转型升级,丰富城市旅游内涵,采用SWOT的方法,对杭州蚕桑文化与旅游产业融合发展的内部条件和外部环境进行深入研究。客观分析影响产业融合发展的劣势及优势,并提出了加强政策扶持,做好管理规划,创建蚕丝文化创意园区,打造精品旅游线路,树立品牌意识,增强科技力量投入,创新蚕业服务机制的对策建议。The sericulture industry in Hangzhou has a long history and profound cultural deposits. In recent years,the sericulture industry as an advantageous characteristic industry has been seriously affected by the economic situation. In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of sericulture industry and enrich the connotation of urban tourism,SWOT analysis method was applied to analyze the internal condition and external environment for the integration of sericulture and tourism industry in Hangzhou. Disadvantages and advantages of industry integration were investigated objectively. Besides,the following countermeasures were proposed： strengthening policy support,doing the management planning well,establishing sericulture culture creativity park,building high-quality tourist line,establishing brand awareness,improving the technological content of products,and innovating the service mechanism of sericulture.
