关于大学毕业生“弃档”问题的管理对策探讨

摘　　要：近年来,种种报道与数据显示,在高校、各人才服务机构遭遗弃的大学生档案数量惊人,高校毕业生的档案意识弱化现象严重,"弃档族"呈逐年上升趋势。导致大学生"弃档"的原因是多方面的,其中社会档案意识的弱化、大学生自身档案意识的淡薄、高等学校档案管理与教育的缺失等是最主要的原因。本文对此提出了相应的管理对策:进一步加强大学生档案意识培养,从源头把握好毕业生档案交寄工作,要求学生及时查核档案转递去向及接收情况等。In recent years, various reports and data indicate that archives awareness of college graduates is so seriously weak that the number of the graduates who have abandoned their archives is increasing year by year, and surprisingly more and more archives are left to colleges and HR service centers. The causes may vary in many aspects, including the archives awareness weakening of the society as well as that of college students. Poor archives management and lack of education should be considered as the main reasons in higher learning institutions. The author puts forward some countermeasures, accordingly, we should strengthen college students＇ archives awareness education, control the graduates＇ archives delivery, and urge them to timely check archive transfer and reception.
