摘　　要：利用对安徽省行业协会商会发展情况调研的相关数据,研究在新常态经济下安徽省行业协会商会在政社合作中的功能定位、发展目标、治理模式优化、有效监管的制度再造等问题,提出行业协会商会能动发展与构建自主秩序的相关对策,如制定行业协会商会发展规划、促进行业协会商会能力建设、构建多元化的监督管理体系、探索社会化的绩效评价机制。Based on the relevant data of the development of Anhui industry associations and chambers of commerce, this paper analyzes the functions of Anhui industry associations and chambers of commerce in the new normal economy, and their development objectives, the governance model optimization and reconstruction of effective supervision system,etc. Then puts forward the countermeasures for dynamic development of industry associations and chambers of commerce and constructing autonomous order, such as formulating development plans and promoting capacity building of industry associations and chambers of commerce, building a diversified supervision and management system and exploring the socialized performance evaluation mechanism.
