摘　　要：目的:观察经脐腹腔镜诊治婴幼儿回肠重复畸形及附着主肠管切除术疗效。方法:对29例婴幼儿回肠重复畸形行经脐腹腔镜诊断并行回肠重复畸形及附着主肠管同时切除术,并随访治疗结果。结果:29例患儿术后恢复良好,生长发育正常。结论:经脐腹腔镜诊治婴幼儿回肠重复畸形及附着主肠管切除术的疗效确切,效果好。Objective： To observe effects of transumbilical laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of infant ileal duplication and intestinal resection. Methods： 29 infants with ileal duplication were diagnosed with the transumbilical laparoscopy and undergone intestinal resection under the transumbilical laparoscope. The effects were followed up. Results： All the cases recovered well postoperatively and had a normal growth and development. Conclusions： The transumbilical laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of infant ileal duplication and intestinal resection has good and definite effects.
