麻醉复苏期不同保温护理干预对泌尿外术后低体温患儿的效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析麻醉复苏期采用不同保温护理干预对泌尿外术后低体温患儿的效果评价。方法选择2016年9月-2017年3月新疆医科大学第一附属医院泌尿外术后低体温患儿60例,采用随机数字表法随机分成对照组与保暖组。对照组采用常规给予加盖棉被的方法保温处理;观察组除以上护理措施外调节室温并且将患儿放置棉质连体衣中,头部酌情加棉垫,使用充气式温毯、输入温热液体,体温控制采用多模式联合保温措施。观察两组患儿体温、心率、血压、氧饱和度变化,记录患儿入麻醉恢复室时间,拔除气管导管时间,完全苏醒出麻醉恢复室时间并进行对比分析。结果保暖组术后苏醒拔管时间与患儿完全清醒达离室标准时间显著优于对照组(P<0.01);保暖组患儿恢复期氧饱和度、心率的变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);保暖组寒战、躁动的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01);两组患儿的收缩压及舒张压变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论麻醉苏醒期采取多模式联合保温措施能够缩短患儿在麻醉恢复室(PACU)滞留时间,加快手术间手术周转,降低患儿躁动、哭闹,增加患儿舒适感,有效促进患儿康复。Objective To evaluate the effect of different heat preservation nursing intervention on children with low body temperature after operation.Methods 60 children with low body temperature after operation in our hospital from September 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:control group and heat preservation group.The control group was treated with routine temperature treatment,that is to say,the quilt cover was kept warm;the observation group was given comprehensive measures to protect with the cotton pad,the head wrapped,the insulation blanket input warm liquid during the recovery period.Body temperature,heart rate,blood pressure,oxygen saturation,in the two groups of children were recorded and the time in anesthesia recovery room,extubation time,fully recovery time in anesthesia recovery roomr were compared.Results Postoperative extubation time and time for fully awake up in heat preservation group was significantly better than those in the control group(P <0.01);There were statistically significant differences in changes of oxygen saturation,heart rate in warm group during the recovery period(P <0.05);the incidence of shivering,agitation warm group was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.01);two groups of patients with systolic and diastolic blood pressure did not change significantly(P >0.05).Conclusion During the anesthesia recovery period,to take multi mode joint heat preservation measures can shorten the time of PACU stay in children,speed up the operation of the operation,reduce the restlessness and crying,increase the comfort of children,effectively promote the rehabilitation of children.
