加拿大高等教育治理模式的特点与借鉴——以阿尔伯塔大学为例

摘　　要：加拿大高等教育在长期发展中建立了适合自身发展的高校治理模式。文章阐述了加拿大高等教育的治理结构,分析了阿尔伯塔大学的办学定位、发展愿景、行政运行、大学文化、信息技术、国际合作等治理模式,并结合当前我国地方应用型高校转型的特点,提出了应用型高校内部治理结构改革的发展策略。Canada has formulated suitable patterns of university governance in higher education tailored to its own conditions in the long-term development.With an elaboration of the governance structure of the higher education in Canada,we analyse the governance patterns of University of Alberta such as the positioning,development vision,administrative operation,university culture,information technology and international cooperation.The development strategies of the inner governance structural reform of local applied universities in China are proposed in relation to the characteristics of the present transformation of the local universities.
