中药足浴配合整体护理对产后腰痛患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药足浴配合整体护理对产后腰痛患者的影响。方法:选取2015年3月~2017年2月我院收治的产后腰痛患者112例,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施整体护理;观察组在对照组基础上配合中药足浴。比较两组患者疼痛程度、生活质量、疼痛缓解时间、住院时间及护理满意度。结果:两组患者干预后视觉模拟评分及Oswestry功能障碍问卷量表评分与干预前比较均有所降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显较对照组低(P<0.05);两组患者干预后生活质量评分与干预前比较均有所提高(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组疼痛缓解时间及住院时间均较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率94.64%较对照组的80.36%高(P<0.05)。结论:产后腰痛患者实施中药足浴配合产后整体护理,可显著减轻疼痛程度,有效促进腰部功能恢复,并提高患者生活质量,加快其康复进度。Objective： To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with holistic nursing on postpartum lumbago. Methods： A total of 112 patients with postpartum lumbago from March 2015 to February 2017 admitted to our hospital were randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group. The control group received holistic nursing; the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with holistic nursing. The degree of pain,quality of life,pain relief time,length of stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results： The visual analogue scale and the Oswestry disability questionnaire score after intervention were lower than those before intervention（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the visual analogue scale and the Oswestry disability questionnaire score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）; after intervention,the quality of life scores of the patients in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）; the pain relief time and length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）; the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 94. 64% higher than that in the control group,which was 80. 36%（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with holistic nursing on postpartum lumbago can significantly reduce the pain degree,promote the recovery of lumbar function,improve the quality of life and speed up the rehabilitation of patients with postpartum lumbago.
