摘 要:研发了改性酚醛活性炭泡沫用于燃煤烟气的脱硫脱硝。以偶联剂Rn Al Zr X_3作为改性剂,对酚醛炭泡沫进行金属负载改性。研究了外改性法及内改性法对酚醛活性炭泡沫表面物理结构和化学性质的影响,并进行模拟烟气脱硫脱硝实验。结果表明:样品的比表面积CF_(Zr-n)>CF_(Zr)>CF_0(酚醛炭泡沫的比表面积对比结果为铝锆偶联剂内改性大于铝锆偶联剂外改性大于未改性泡沫);改性后的酚醛活性炭泡沫均保留了CF0的苯环结构;改性后Zr金属主要以单质和氧化物形式存在。通过内改性后,CF_(Zr-n)的脱硫效率提高8.8%,脱硝效率提高79%,而采用外改性后的CF_(Zr)的脱硫效率降低7.8%,脱硝效率降低10.3%,CF_(Zr-n)的脱硫脱硝效率最高。说明Rn Al Zr X_3内改性有利于酚醛活性炭泡沫脱硫脱硝。A modified phenolic activated carbon foam was developed for the desulfurization and denitrification of coal fired flue gas. The carbon foams from phenolic resin were modified by RnAlZrX3 as coupling agent with the internal and external modifi-cation methods. The influence on chemical surface characteristics and physical of the phenolic carbon foams which were modified by the different methods of RnAlZrX3 were investigated. Furthermore, the efficiency of denitrification and desulfurization was stud-ied. The the experiment result showed that the specific surface of samples was CFZr-n >CFZr >CF0. Modified phenolic carbon foam had benzene ring of CF0. Metals in CFZr-n were present as metallic and metal oxide, however, metals in CFZr were present as chloride. Compared to unmodified carbon foam, the denitrification and desulfurization efficiencies of CFZr-n rose by 8. 8% and 79%. CFZr reduced by 7. 8%,10. 3%. The results showed that the internal modification more suitable for desulfurization and de-nitration.
