遗产旅游价值评价及开发适宜性分析研究——以红山文化遗址为例

摘　　要：中国文化遗产作为珍贵财富,正面临着传承与发展重大问题。科学评价其旅游价值,对于有效保护和合理利用遗产资源具有重要意义。以遗产利用的整体效应视角,结合其自身特殊性,采用层次分析法(AHP)和德尔非法(Delphi)相结合,从遗产资源核心价值、质量状况、基础条件3个方面、9大要素、28项评价因子等方面,确定指标体系各因子权重,建立遗产旅游价值评价指标体系。以6处红山文化典型遗址为例进行实证研究,检验评价指标体系的科学性和可信度。As precious wealth,China’s cultural heritage is facing a major problem of inheritance and development. Scientific evaluation of its tourism value is of great significance for effective protection and rational use of heritage resources. From the perspective of overall effect of heritage utilization,combining with its own particularity and using AHP and Delphi methods,this paper analyzes 3 aspects,9 factors and 28 evaluation factors of heritage resources core value,quality and basic conditions,determines the weight factor index system,establishes evaluation index system of heritage tourism value. Taking 6 typical sites of Hongshan culture as empirical research example,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures,provides reference for other similar heritage development,and promotes sustainable development of China’s tourism and heritage conservation.
