摘  要:研究并建立了清洁地表水中的铅的氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法。通过对样品酸度、还原剂浓度和仪器工作条件的探讨,并对标准曲线线性范围、方法检出限、精密度和准确度进行了测定。结果表明,以1.0%的硼氢化钾-1.0%铁氰化钾混合溶液为还原剂,1.0%的盐酸为载流液,标准曲线线性范围为0~50μg/L,相关系数为0.999 9,方法检出限为0.05μg/L,精密度为1.52%~2.79%,实际样品加标回收率为97.2%~107%。此方法灵敏度高、检出限低、操作简便、成本低廉,是一种较为理想的分析方法。A method for determining the content of Pb in surface water by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established.In the paper,conditions such as the solution acidity,concentration of reducing agent and instrumentparameter were studied,while the linear range of work curve,detection limit,precision and accuracy of the method were measured. The results show that the optimal analytical conditions in 1. 0% hydrochloric acid solution as carrier liquid and 1. 0% potassium borohydride( KBH4- K3Fe( CN)6) as reductant were examined. The linear range of the method was 0 ~ 50 μg/L and the related coefficient was 0. 9999,the detection limit was 0. 05 μg/L. The relative standard deviations was 1. 52% ~ 2. 79% and the recovery rates was about 97. 2% ~107%. The experiment results show that this method has many advantages.
