摘  要:根据住建部要求对(CJ/T221-2005)《城市污水处理厂污泥检验方法》进行修订和完善。依据水中总磷的测定原理,通过过硫酸钾消解后钼酸铵分光光度法对污泥中的总磷进行测定,并对过硫酸钾消解后钼酸铵分光光度法的实验条件,包括污泥样品取样量、过硫酸钾溶液加入量和消解时间进行了优化选择。结果发现污泥样品取样量为0.1 g左右,过硫酸钾溶液加入量为50 m L,消解时间为30 min的条件下,加标回收率在90%~105%之间。结果提示我们进行优化选择的方法能满足实验室的要求,可作为城镇污泥中总磷的测定方法。According to the preparation requirements of the Ministry of Ministry of housing and urban-rural development of the People's Republic of China(MOHURD),the CJ/T221-2005 determination method for municipal sludge in wastewater treatment plant needed to revise and improved.Based on the determination of total phosphorus in water.The total phosphorus content in the sludge was determined by ammonium persulfate digestion after potassium persulfate digestion,and the experimental conditions including the sample volume of sludge sample,the amount of potassium persulfate solution and the digestion time were optimized.The results showed that the recovery rate of plus standard were between 90% and 105%,when the weight of sludge sample was about 0.1 g(in dry mud),the volume of potassium persulfate solution was 50 mL and the digestion time was 30 min.Therefore,the optimization method in this paper can meet the requirements of the laboratory,and can be used as the method of determination of total phosphorus in urban sludge.
