摘　　要：该文探讨了制定企业内部定额的必要性,以及通信施工企业目前内部定额测算存在的困难,提出参照社会同等效率测算制定通信施工企业内部定额的办法。The paper discusses the necessity of developing enterprise s internal quota and the difficulties confronted by enter- prise of communication construction in measuring and calculating internal quota; then , the paper advises to develop internal quota for the enterprise of communication constructing by referring to social equal efficiency.
