摘　　要：界定电子政务环境下档案信息资源的内涵,并归纳总结出档案信息资源利用在电子政务环境下的现状以及特点,引入绩效评估的概念,提出电子政务环境下档案信息资源利用的绩效评估应该从提供者、使用者、中介者、评估方法和评估反馈五个方面展开。在此基础上,以城建档案信息资源在电子政务环境下的利用为例,做具体的探讨和分析。This paper defines the connotation of archival information resources under E-government environment, summarizes the current situation and characteristics of the exploiting of the archival information resources under E-government environment, introduces the concept of performance appraisal, and puts forward that performance appraisal about the exploiting of the archival information resources under E-government environment should be carried out in following aspects：provider, user, mediator, appraisal procedure and appraisal feedback. On that basis, the paper analyzes and discusses the exploiting of archival information resources of the urban construction in detail under E-government environment.
