摘　　要：随着人们淘汰的电子废弃物日益增多,电子废弃物对环境的污染越来越严重,电子废弃物虽然含有大量危险有害化学物质,但其中的稀贵金属却具有很好的回收利用价值,文章通过电子废弃物资源循环体系研究,提出了建立电子废弃物法律法规体系、政府职能体系、资源回收体系、绿色行为体系的新思路,解决了电子废弃物资源循环利用过程中存在的法律漏洞问题、政府监督和管理缺位问题、电子废弃物回收路径不畅通问题和人们绿色消费意识不强等问题。With the increase of electronic wastes, its threat to environment threat is more and more serious. Although it con-tains a lot of dangerous and harmful chemical substances, the dilute precious metals has very good recycling value, through elec-tronic waste resource circulation system of proposed the establishment of electronic waste laws and system of the government , resource recycling system , green system of new ideas , solves the problems existing in the process of uti-lization of resource recycling of electronic waste including legal loopholes and the government supervision and cycling and the green consumption consciousness.
