摘　　要：通过分析员工需求、班组建设需要,充分发挥党的政治思想工作各项功能,开展各项活动、举措,以达到塑造班组团队理念和集体观念,努力提升员工自身素质、提升班组建设新水平。Through analyzing the demands of staff and team building, the company gives full play to the party＇s ideological andpolitical work in various functions, and implements the activities, in order to shape team concept and collective ideas, improve theirown quality, and enhance the level of team building.
