摘 要:以武汉市湖泊淤泥为主要原料,加入适量粘土与造孔剂,按照预处理→混碾搅拌→造粒成型→烘干→预烧→高温焙烧→冷却的流程制备了陶粒,以吸水率与抗压强度为性能指标,分别采用碳酸氢铵、谷壳灰、谷壳碳作为造孔剂,探究了不同的造孔剂及加入量对陶粒性能的影响,并确定了粘土的加入比例及焙烧温度。结果表明:当选择谷壳碳为造孔剂,加入15%时制得的陶粒有较好的吸水性能,吸水率达到43.0%。粘土的加入比例在5%~15%范围内,陶粒的抗压强度随粘土的加入比例而降低。烧结温度对陶粒的抗压强度和吸水率都有较大的影响,1100℃下烧成的陶粒比900℃下有着更高的抗压强度,但吸水性能下降。对比1100℃条件下烧成的陶粒与商品陶粒,其吸水率高于商品陶粒,抗压强度与商品陶粒相当。The aggregates were prepared in accordance with the processes of pretreatment, grinding and stirring, granulating, drying, pre burning, roasting, cooling by using lake sludge as the main raw material and adding some clay and pore _ forming agent. The aggregate properties were valued with water absorption and compressive strength. This paper studied the effects of different pore-forming agents and dosage on the properties of aggregate. It also discussed the proportion of clay and the calcination temperature. The results showed that the aggregates have high water absorption rate, which can reached 43. 0 % when adding 1 5 % hull carbon pore-forming agent. However, the compressive strength of the aggregate was decreased with the addition of clay in the range of 5 % -15 %. The cal-cination temperature has a great impact on the compressive strength and water absorption of the aggregate. The cal-cined aggregate with 1100 ℃ has a higher compressive strength than that with 9 0 0 ℃ whilethe water absorption is de-creased. Compared with the commercial aggregate? the prepared aggregate produced under 1100 ℃ has higher water absorption while equivalent compressive strength.
