摘　　要：指出了近年来高层建筑不均匀沉降引起的建筑工程质量安全和使用功能问题时有发生,应加强地基与基础工程质量预控。基于此,针对某高层建筑工程发生不均匀沉降问题成因及施工难点进行了分析,提出了实施加固的技术措施。In recent years,there are some incidents on construction quality safety issues and functional problems caused by uneven settlement of high-rise buildings.It's essential to strengthen the ground and foundation engineering quality pre-control.This paper mainly put forward consolidation measure by analyzing construction difficulties and causes of uneven settlement of high-rise buildings.
