大麦黄花叶病抗性及其对农艺性状的影响研究

摘  要:以抗病品种泰兴9425与感病品种NasoNijo杂种F_1花药培养构建的188个加倍单倍体(doubled haploid,DH)及其亲本为材料,在拔节期进行大麦黄花叶病抗性鉴定,在大麦成熟后考查株高、主穗长、穗下节间长、单株穗数、单株粒数、单株产量及千粒质量共7个农艺性状,并对群体的黄花叶病抗性及其对大麦农艺性状的影响进行分析。结果表明:不同参试材料间黄花叶病抗性存在显著的遗传差异。以病害流行梯度下面积(AUDPS)为指标进行聚类分析,将参试材料分为抗病、中抗、中感和感病4个类群。研究发现AUDPS与大麦株高、单株穗数、千粒质量及单株产量间均呈极显著负相关,相关系数分别为-0.70、-0.38、-0.62和-0.65,表明黄花叶病对参试材料的株高、单株穗数、千粒质量和单株产量等农艺性状有较大的影响。本研究结果可为大麦黄花叶病抗性品种选育提供理论基础。This study assessed the resistance to yellow mosaic disease in the Chinese barley landrace‘Taixing 9425'and the Japanese beer barley variety‘Naso Nijo'as well as 188 doubled haploid(DH) lines derived from the cross of‘Taixing 9425'and‘Naso Nijo'.At the same time, their agronomic traits were measured, which consisted of plant height, main spike length, inter-node length under ear, ear number per plant, grain yield per plant, and thousand-grain weight. The results showed that the tested materials differed substantially in resistance to yellow mosaic disease. AUDPS clustering analysis divided them into four groups with varying levels of resistance to yellow mosaic disease: highly resistant varieties, moderately resistant varieties, moderately sensitive varieties, and highly sensitive varieties. The AUDPS of yellow mosaic disease was found to have a great impact on plant height, ear number per plant, grain yield per plant, and thousand-grain weight, which had significantly negative correlation with AUDPS, with the correlation coefficients of-0.70,-0.38,-0.62 and-0.65, respectively. The present study lays foundations for breeding varieties with resistance to yellow mosaic disease.
