摘　　要：目的分析PDCA循环在医院科技档案管理当中的应用效果。方法调查PDCA循环在我院科技档案管理的应用现状,分析PDCA在应用中的价值。结果通过PDCA循环管理,可以使医院工作人员均能够参与至医院的管理当中,并且通过档案管理者可以建设科技档案,连接员工与上级之间沟通的平台。结论 PDCA循环在医院科技档案管理当中的应用效果明显,有助于医院工作的顺利进行。Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA circulation on the management of hospital scientific and technological archives. Methods The application status of PDCA cycle in the management of scientific and technical archives in our hospital was investigated, and the application value of PDCA was analyzed. Results Through the PDCA cycle management, the hospital staff were able to participate in the management of hospital, and through the archives management, the science and technology archives were constructed, communication platform were connected between employees and superior. Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation in the management of scientific and technological archives of hospital is obvious and helpful to the smooth progress of hospital work.
