门急诊小儿输液区应用优质护理服务价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究与分析门急诊小儿输液区应用优质护理服务的价值。方法选取我院门急诊小儿输液区患儿90例为对象进行研究,通过电脑随机分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取优质护理服务。观察比较两组护理纠纷发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组护理纠纷发生率为4.44%(2/45)与对照组20.00%(9/45)相比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组护理满意度为95.56%(43/45)与对照组80.00%(36/45)相比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论门急诊小儿输液区应用优质护理服务的价值显著,即能减少护理纠纷,还能提高护理满意度。Objective To study and analyze the value of high quality nursing service in pediatric emergency transfusion area. Methods 90 cases inemergency pediatric transfusion area inour hospital were selectedas the studysubjects and were randomly divided into control group and observation groupthrough the computer, 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received high quality nursing service. The incidence of nursing disputes and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The nursing dispute in observation group was 4.44% （2/45）,lower thanthatin the control group 20.00% （9/45）, there was a signifcant difference, P〈0.05; nursing satisfaction in observation group was 95.56% （43/45）,which was significantly higherthan that in the control group 80% （36/45）,the difference was statistically signifcant, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of high quality nursing services in pediatric emergency transfusion area has signifcant value, which can signifcantly reduce nursing disputes and improvenursing satisfaction.
