脊柱定点旋转复位法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨脊柱定点旋转复位法在腰椎间盘突出症中的治疗方法及护理方法。方法选取2015年3月—2017年6月的256例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用脊柱定点旋转复位法。结果 256例患者,治愈例数为233例,好转例数为15例,无效例数为8例,总治疗有效率为96.88%,无患者出现并发症。结论脊柱定点旋转复位法有助于提升腰椎间盘突出症治疗效果。Objective To investigate treatment and nursing methods of fxed rotation reposition of lumbar spine in prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 256 patients from March 2015 to June 2017 who were treated by fxed point rotation reposition. Results For 256 patients, 233 were cured, 15 were improved, 8 were invalid, total effective rate was 96.88%, there were no complication occurred. Conclusion Fixed rotation reduction of spinal column is helpful for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
