摘　　要：我国大学英语教育从教学的效果上来说依然存在效率低下的严重问题,"聋哑英语"是表现的主要形式。教育改革带来的变化依旧不能满足当前我国大学英语的实际需要,大学英语的改革应更加注重实际应用能力,并应探讨相应的解决对策。The serious problem of low effciency still exists in college English in terms of its teaching effects with “deaf and dumb English” being the main form of performance. The change of education reform still cannot meet the actual needs of college English in our country; therefore, teaching reform of college English should pay more attention to practical application ability and explore the corresponding solutions.
