摘　　要：文章分析了多媒体信息时代医院图书馆存在的问题,提出应该从建设现代化医院图书馆、加强馆际交流等途径建设医院图书馆,并从提高馆员素质、改变服务模式着手,探讨了提升医院图书馆服务水平的策略。This article analyzed the existing problems of hospital libraries under the era of multimedia information, proposed that hospital libraries should be constructed by building modern hospital libraries and consolidating communication among libraries and other paths, and discussed the strategies for promoting service level of hospital libraries from the aspects of improving quality of librarians and changing service modes.
