摘  要:目的:评价电子输尿管软镜钬激光碎石治疗复杂肾结石的临床效果,为复杂肾结石的治疗提供临床资料。方法:收治复杂肾结石患者116例,平分两组。对照组实施传统开放性取石术,观察组采用电子输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术,记录两组相关手术指标。术后第4周复查结石清除效果,观察并发症情况。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、离床时间及住院时间均明显少于对照组。术后随访发现结石清除率观察组明显高于对照组,且并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电子输尿管软镜钬激光碎石治疗复杂肾结石创伤小、结石清除率高,并发症少。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of holmium laser lithotripsy with electronic ureteroscope for the treatment of complicated renal calculi and to provide clinical data for the treatment of complex renal calculi.Methods:116 patients with complicated renal calculi were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with traditional open lithotomy,while patients in the observation group were treated by holmium laser lithotripsy with electronic ureteroscope.The two groups of related operative parameters were recorded,and the stone removal effect was observed fourth weeks after operation and the complications were observed.Results:The operation time,the amount of blood loss,the time of bed leaving and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly smaller than those in the control group;postoperative follow-up showed that the stone clearance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the complication rate was also lower than that of the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Electronic soft ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy is an effective treatment for complicated renal calculi with less trauma,high stone removal rate and less complications.
