摘　　要：目的:探讨西咪替丁联合常规疗法治疗新生儿咽下综合征的疗效和安全性。方法:收治咽下综合征新生儿113例,按随机数字表法分为对照组56例和试验组57例。两组均使用常规疗法,试验组在此基础上联合西咪替丁治疗。结果:试验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:常规疗法联合西咪替丁治疗新生儿咽下综合征,临床疗效显著提高,且安全性良好。Objective：To investigate the effect of cimetidine combined with conventional therapy on the efficacy and safety of neonatal swallowing syndrome.Methods：113 neonates with pharyngeal syndrome were selected.They were divided into the control group with 56 cases and the experimental group with 57 cases.Two groups were given conventional therapy,and the experimental group combined with cimetidine on the basis of the conventional treatment.Results：The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The conventional therapy combined with cimetidine in the treatment of neonatal swallowing syndrome,the clinical curative effect is significantly improved,and the security is good.
