摘　　要：目的:评价喜炎平联合思密达(蒙脱石散)治疗小儿疱疹性咽炎的疗效和安全性。方法:收治小儿疱疹性咽炎患者110例,平分两组。对照组予以口服思密达治疗,观察组在此基础上予以静脉注射喜炎平治疗,治疗7 d后观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组未见不良反应。结论:采用静脉滴注喜炎平注射液联合口服思密达治疗小儿疱疹性咽炎疗效显著,具有较高的安全性。Objective：To investigate the effect and safety of xiyanping combined with smecta（montmorillonite powder）in the treatment of children with herpes pharyngitis.Methods：110 patients with herpes pharyngitis in our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was given oral smecta treatment.On this basis,the observation group received intravenous injection of Xiyanping treatment.After 7 days of treatment,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results：The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.No adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion：The use of intravenous injection of Xiyan Ping injection combined with oral Smecta（montmorillonite powder）in the treatment of children with herpes zoster pharyngitis has significant effect and high safety.
