摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗的影响。方法:收治先天性心脏病患儿58例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各29例。观察组给予护理干预,对照组给予常规护理。结果:两组患儿平均穿刺时间、手术时间、术后48 h VAS评分、住院天数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预在小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗中的应用效果显著,患儿手术时间、穿刺时间和住院时间更短,术后疼痛更轻。Objective：To explore the influence of nursing intervention on interventional treatment of congenital heart disease in children.Methods：58 children with congenital heart disease were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 29 cases in each group.The observation group was given nursing intervention,and the control group received routine nursing care.Results：The average puncture time,operation time,the VAS score at 48 hour after operation,and length of hospital stay between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Application of nursing intervention in interventional treatment of congenital heart disease in children is remarkable.The operation time,puncture time and hospitalization time are shorter,and the postoperative pain is lighter.
