摘　　要：产后尿潴留是产后常见问题,常影响子宫恢复,也是造成膀胱麻痹和泌尿系感染的重要因素,严重时引起产后大出血,给产妇增加痛苦。本文对产后40例尿潴留患者进行回顾性分析,探讨产后尿潴留原因及护理对策。Postpartum urinary retention is a common finding in the postpartum period.It often influences uterine recovery,and it is also a important factor to the bladder paralysis,and urinary tract infection,serious when cause postpartum hemorrhage,to increase maternal pain.In the paper,we retrospectively analyzed 40 cases of postpartum urinary retention,and discussed the causes and nursing countermeasures of postpartum urinary retention.The result showed that the method of inducing urination was effective and without adverse reaction.
