摘　　要：本文探讨真空高压蒸汽灭菌器灭菌后包内化学指示卡变色不良的原因及护理干预效果。通过寻找和分析灭菌后灭菌包内化学指示卡发生变色的因素,并且采用相应的护理措施来进行护理。实施相应的护理措施,在一定程度上能够降低指示卡变色异常的概率。因此应用有效的护理干预能够解决灭菌包内指示卡发生变色不良的因素。In the paper,investigate the cause of discoloration of chemical indicator card after sterilization in vacuum autoclave sterilizer and the effect of nursing intervention were discussed.We found and analyzed the factors that cause discoloration of the chemical indicator card in the sterilized sterilization package,and to take corresponding nursing measures for nursing.The corresponding nursing measures can reduce the probability of abnormal color change of the indicator card to a certain extent.The effective nursing intervention can resolve the adverse factors of the change of the indicator card in the sterilization package.
