介入手术室的护理安全隐患及应对措施研究

摘　　要：目的:分析介入手术室的护理安全隐患及应对措施。方法:收治接受介入治疗出现安全隐患的患者76例,随机分两组。甲组不给予安全隐患管理,乙组则给予安全隐患管理,对效果进行分析。结果:患者均出现安全隐患,包括坠床、用药差错、护理不当、无效造影等,其比例为26.3%、27.6%、23.7%、22.7%。乙组护理总有效率92.1%,明显高于甲组的71.1%,数据对比后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对介入手术室管理中存在的相关问题,做好护理安全隐患评估工作,按照要求实施,能提升护理工作质量,降低护理差错的发生率,提升诊疗安全性。Objective：To analyze the nursing hidden danger in interventional operation room and countermeasures.Methods：76 cases of safe hidden danger treated by interventional treatment were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The group A did not give hidden danger management,while the group B was given hidden danger management.We analyzed the effect.Results：All patients suffered from potential safety problems,including falling bed,medication errors,improper nursing care and ineffective radiography,with the ratio of 26.3%,27.6%,23.7% and 22.7%.The total effective rate of nursing care in the group B was92.1%,higher than that in the group A of 71.1%,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In view of the related problems in the management of the operating room,it is necessary to do the nursing safety risk assessment work.According to the requirements,it can improve the quality of nursing work,reduce the chance of nursing errors and improve the safety of diagnosis and treatment.
