摘　　要：锥形辊是中厚板轧机设备中的重要组成部分,主要介绍了中板厂锥形辊装置的原理及特点,对该设备存在的问题与缺点进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施,通过对锥形辊辊身、轴承座、辊道架及相关设备的改造,取得了良好的实际效果。The conical roll is an important part of the equipment of the plate mill. The principle and characteristics of the tapered roller device in the middle plate are introduced. The problems and shortcomings of the equipment are analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. Through the conical roller,bearing seat,roller frame and re-lated equipment transformation,and achieved good practical results.
