摘　　要：通过改进干熄焦炉体结构、合理选用耐火材料、规范工艺操作、完善设备管理、进行设备改造等方式,提高了大型干熄焦连续稳定运行的时间,延长了年修周期,提高了干熄率,增加了发电量,降低了维护成本,从而提高了经济效益,增加了市场竞争力。This p a p e r d iscu sse s the improvement of the time of cont inuous an d stable operation of la rg e - s c a le CDQ by improving the s tructure of CDQ fu rn a c e ,rational select ion of refractoroom a te r ia ls ,standardizing process o p e ra t io n,impro-ving equipmen t management and equipmen t transfor n a t io n ,and the annual re p a ir cycle is e x te n d e d , power generat ion is in -cre a sed ,mainten anc e costs is re d u c e d ,thereby enhanc ing economic efficiency and in cre a se market compet i tiven ess.
