腹腔镜手术取出节育环外游95例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察腹腔镜手术取出外游节育环的临床效果。方法选择129例节育环外游患者作为研究对象,分为对照组(34例)和观察组(95例),分别采用开腹手术取出节育环及腹腔镜手术取出节育环。观察比较两种取出方式的手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间等手术指标及两组患者取出节育环的成功率。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组取环成功率均为100.00%,组间比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论针对节育环外游,临床上根据患者的病情选择合适的取出方式,均可获得良好效果,但腹腔镜手术时间短、术中出血量少,患者恢复快,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ectopic coil. Methods A total of 129 cases of patients with ectopic coil admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group（n=34）and observation group（n=95）. The control group was treated with open surgery to take out the intrauterine device, and the observation group was given laparoscopic surgery to take out the intrauterine device. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative anal exhaust time, hospitalization time and success removal rate of intrauterine device in the two groups were observed. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative anal exhaust time, hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The success removal rate of intrauterine device of two groups were 100.00%, the difference was not significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion For patients with ectopic coil, it should choose the proper means to remove the intrauterine device according to the patients＇ condition, all can obtain good effect. The laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ectopic coil has the advantages of short operation time,little intraoperative blood loss and fast recovery, which is worthy of clinical application.
